Fabulous hotel

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough Staff are excellent, room very comfortable, shower amazing and location fabulous When you close the windows you cannot hear the noise outside, bed so comfortable Free minibar stocked daily It was my birthday and they sent me chocolates and a small bottle of fizz Pastel de natas and red wine in the room when we arrived The only thing as they didn’t have a bar which we did miss for a nightcap

This hotel had excellent service and continuously surprised us with little tokens such as chocolates, cookies, and various other treats. It is well located and convenient. Breakfast was very good and included many delicious options.

The hotel is very central with a good restaurant including Fado evenings which we really recommend. The staff are excellent and helpful. The wifi in our room was a little weak and kept dropping out. We are platinum members but didn’t receive a room upgrade but the comfort room was fine.
