Beautiful location and grounds with great sea views. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was pretty good. Let down by a lack of few services. No kettle or coffee machine in the room, no water provided after the first day and wifi was slow and unreliable. Also no iron in the room and not available to borrow from reception so only option is to use the hotel laundry/pressing service which is an extra cost.

Hotel is in a great location with a lovely park to one side and the marina just 5 mins walk away. All of the staff were very friendly, polite and professional. Room was a good size with plentiful hot water and lots of storage space. Really good breakfast offering too. Can definitely recommend.

We spent our last 3 nights in Portugal at this hotel. The hotel is well located and close to the Marina and a short walk to the historical centre. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The hallways are dark and warm. The included breakfast was wonderful and well replenished. The grounds are well maintained but the pool is not heated which seems to be the case in most hotels. We played pool at the bar and didn’t realize there was a cost. This should be shaded with guests. Overall, we would stay here again.

This hotel was run down and needs renovations. The pictures on the site do not match the quality that the rooms were in. While the photos showed wooden floors and updated rooms, the room was run-down, and looked dirty, including the carpet throughout.

Everything except one thing was perfect, short walk to Centro, clean pool and friendly staff. Very nice reception, bartenders and staff overall. Breakfast options were plentiful and abundant. The one issue would be the two twin beds put together to make a queen with very loose bed springs. My back was in pain by the time we checked out but everything else was perfect.

This is an old hotel! Our room looked like it was straight out of the 60s. We stayed all around Portugal for almost 3 weeks, staying in multiple places during our trip and this was our least favorite out of them all. It didn’t help that our room was right above the kids play area, and with young kids going to bed early, the teenagers that would play outside our too at night, kept our kids awake. The location was fantastic but I’m sure you can find other places to stay for similar rates, but better overall.

I was underwhelmed by this hotel, especially given the rate. Rooms felt tired and lacked good storage. Food was so-so and very overpriced, even for Cascais. Staff were stressed and occasionally borderline rude.
