Stylish, centrally located hotel with helpful staff. The only negative was the restaurant, which, unusually for a Relais and Chateau property, wasn't good. The food was heavy and tasteless, and the music was so loud it was hard to hold a conversation. Breakfast, however, was fine.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by a wonderful staff. They were just great!! They arranged transportation for us as needed. The breakfast was wonderful in the mornings with again very nice staff! Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay. It is situated on the main avenue which made it a central location for walking to most things and obviously every store you could imagine if you like to shop.

Lovely hotel. Beautifully decorated, very much an “old Hollywood” vibe. Peaceful and relaxing. Staff is very attentive, polite and professional. Would definitely return. Breakfast was nice, excellent coffee choices.

Riccardo checked us in and gave us a great overview of the city and helpful recommendations for our second day. Extremely friendly and professional staff all around. Loved everything about our stay - room, pool and the restaurant was incredibly beautiful and food was delicious!

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and I have never experienced such amazing customer service, 24/7, from everyone. It really was remarkable. When we couldn’t figure out the lights one morning, I called and they were there in minutes! One early morning we stepped out and it was raining a bit and one of the guys ran after us and brought us an umbrella! The location was great for us to get around to most places by foot. Easy to taxi/uber anywhere else! One last thing- the bed was amazing! Super comfortable.

What an oasis Hotel Valverde is! Welcoming front desk, beautiful garden dining with friendly wait staff, and tasty food. The location is perfect. Step outside and walk right or left to experience the delights of Lisbon. Our room was comfortable and calming. And if you require anything, the staff will go all out for you with smiling faces. Thank you for a very memorable stay!

WONDERFUL LISBON HOTEL

The hotel has a super location and one can walk everywhere. The stay was like being in someone’s residence. Very warm and welcoming snd beautifully decorated. Food and drinks were great. Best negronis I have had and artfully presented. Best of all the staff are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful making sure all your needs are met. I would recommend to my friends and be happy to stay on another trip to Lisbon.

Beautiful spot, super chic.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Boutique, quiet, stylish. Staff was amazing and our room was beautiful. Loved the balcony, abiity to bring in fresh air, and it was a great size for us 2. We had drinks in the front living room both nights, and really enjoyed the whole space the hotel offers. My only (small) complaint was it was raining a lot for our trip, and the balcony is designed such that the rain can make a decent amount of noise (when sleeping!). But it doesn't rain much in Lisbon - so we were just the unlucky ones to get a rain streak! Def would recommend the hotel again!
