We had a wonderful stay at this property. Well located, spacious room with a comfortable bed. The staff were both friendly and helpful, and promptly addressed any questions or concerns that arose. The location is perfect, with a lovely view of the São Bento Palace and the city center is easily accessible although we found the dining options to be plentiful in the area. The apartment was very clean, quite and in a nice neighborhood right across from the Parliament building. I stayed for 10 days and was brought fresh towels. I could have had someone clean my apartment, but I cleaned it myself. The front office staff is super nice and very helpful. I highly recommend staying at this location.
