Great weekend!

Nice hotel for a weekend stay. Walking distance to the sights, even in February ;) we benefited from so good weather so that helped. Hot breakfast I could take or leave, not the warmest, but a variety of options and lots of fruit. We really liked Lisbon, found everyone to be very friendly and whilst we were out and about much of the time, would recommend this hotel as a good base from which to explore.

Lovely hotel based on the Marques de Pombal. The room was typical for this type of hotel, the bathroom had a in bath shower. Sleep was good

Excellent staff. The room we had reserved was smaller than expected and they put us into a larger room at the same price. Hotel is in a very good location whether by walking or Uber. Expedia needs to make known there are no 110V cutlets, USB or USB-C ports and an adapter or transformer is needed which the hotel cannot provide (was able to pick one up at the Amorim Mall about 1km away). Very good amenities in the room. Very good experience.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Excellent location, very central with easy access to all tourist sites via public transport or walking. The only feedback we have is that the Lady at the reception desk didn’t really know basic information that reception staff should know. We got stuck when a taxi driver wouldn’t accept card, and when we asked at the reception to exchange money, they said they can’t, and said the nearest atm is 15 mins away. We later saw the Santander less than 1 minute walk away. Reception staff should really know about basic facilities in the area e.g. banks, supermarkets. Other than that everything else was fine in the hotel.

Hotel was very nice and clean, on the main strip leading into central lisbon where all the shops, restaurants and attractions are. Staff was helpful. Only complaint was the ladk of Air Conditioning as it was extemely hot...but no where we went seemed to use air conditioning.

Overall this was a great stay, the staff were the nicest and most accommodating with any request I have ever received. Nice view and large room. Only problem was the drainage for the shower (may be a portugal thing) it was very slow which meant showering in a pool of water each time, other than that a great place to stay in a central location.
