The staff was very accommodating, room was nice size and clean And was close enough for shopping and restaurants. The one downside was bar drinks and restaurant was way overpriced priced. Maybe explains why there were only 2 other people eating. It also didn’t open until 7:30PM. Which may be the norm in Portugal but not in US. The breakfast buffet was great! Well worth the price!

Home away from home

I have stayed here several times since it opened a few years ago, very close to airport, lovely roof top pool. A little further away from downtown Lisbon, but the city is small every thing is relatively close (compared to London) metro nearby , large shopping Mall (Vasco da Gama), Oriente is a nice area, at night time plenty of places to eat and Bars, I recommend a stroll at Parque das nações.

Fine hotel

The hotel turned out as expected. Clean and comfortable room and beds. Daily cleaning service. Good breakfast. A few nice facilities such as fitness room and sauna etc. at the 15th floor. The only downside is that we feel it's a bit overpriced.

Very nice hotel, with very nice and helpful staff (Vivania and Antonio). Would definitely stay here again. The only disappointment is that the Rooftop was closed while we were here so no swimming nor rooftop bar. This was a disappointment as we booked this hotel to take advantage of this feature.

We arrived the day of the power outage and amid all the chaos, the staff were patient, pleasant and had smiles on their faces even when guests were yelling at them for an event that was completely out of their control.

Stunning stay with abundance of friendliness

A most memorable stay with staff being the friendliest and mist helpful we have ever experienced. My brother in law celebrated his birthday in Lisbon and by just a mention of this they had a surprise for him done in such a smart way. We cannot praise them enough. They were just fantastic!!! This hotel was booked for roof pool, it is the photograph icon for the property but when we got there we were told it’s closed. But no discount was given. So for 2 nights we paid for opportunity to swim and could not. This really was let down and not good of hotel to not advertise or notify close to booking as i would have picked hotel with pool. Not happy for price paid.

Great hotel in the Parque das Nações area. The area has excellent restaurants, bars and cafes and close to attractions such as cable car, science museum and the oceanarium.

While its a lovely hotel we were disappointed not to be notified that pool was closed till warmer weather even though some people just like to swim and if you have nothing indoors well out is next best ...compared to being told to go swim in the sea!!! Also smell out side of hotel was an awful sewage type smell just before you walked in and we felt that should be addressed. Staff were great but I thought menu needs to be better
