The garden area outside the restaurants was very relaxing. I liked having 3 options for meals. The doorman and bell hop were always very helpful. The guest relations went above and beyond to help! The air conditioning unit in our room was not cooling very well. It ran constantly and the temperature never got below 25 degrees Celsius. We brought this to the attention of the front desk. They said they would send someone from maintenance to look at it. I don’t know if they ever came, but the temperature never improved.

A Wonderful Stay with My Toddler

My 3-year-old daughter and I had such a fantastic stay at the Corinthia Lisbon. Traveling solo with a little one can be stressful, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to make things easy — they helped me arrange a trusted babysitter while I was working and even booked a car with a car seat for us. Every time I had a question (and there were many!), they responded quickly and kindly. The hotel itself is beautiful — elegant but still very welcoming. Our room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We really appreciated having great food options right on-site — the restaurants were lovely, and room service was prompt and delicious. One of the highlights for us was the pool — it was such a treat to have access to it, even though we did find the water a bit colder than expected for a heated pool. Still, my daughter was thrilled, and it was a great way to unwind. The location was also perfect. Being right near the Lisbon Zoo made for an easy and fun outing, and my daughter absolutely loved it. All in all, we felt truly cared for during our stay. I’m so grateful for the thoughtfulness and support we experienced, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return — or recommend the Corinthia Lisbon to other families.

We recently spent 5 nights at Corinthia and had a fantastic experience! We booked a deluxe room but were upgraded to a junior suite. The lady at the reception even offered an extra bed (something I hadn’t thought to ask for), which made a big difference since we were traveling with our daughter. The hotel is modern, very clean, and beautifully laid out. While it’s not right in the city center, the free shuttle makes getting around easy, and the hotel itself more than makes up for the location. Our room was spacious, with a great suburban view. Facilities like the pool, gym, and restaurants all have a polished, upscale vibe. What really stood out was the personal service: after I mentioned in the survey that it was both my birthday week, the hotel duty manager Miguel personally called to offer a special family celebration. We have stayed at top hotels like St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton, Wynn...etc. and have received notes, cake, balloons, but not the kind of personal touch Corinthia offers, which is something we’ll never forget. Thank you Miguel!! We also visited the Sky Lounge on the 24/F with stunning views of the bridge and the Sanctuary of Christ the King. It’s a quiet, elegant space with both made-to-order dishes and a buffet. Both the executive chef (Valter?) and the lounge manager (Daniel) were incredibly kind and we enjoyed chatting with them. Highly recommend Corinthia to anyone visiting Lisbon and looking for a relaxing, 5-star experience with outstanding hospitality.

Enjoyed my stay at the Corinthia Lisbon. The location was perfect, close to the airport and train. The view from my room was spectacular. The service was excellent, with staff being very friendly and attentive. The restaurants were also well appointed offering a variety of tasty cuisine and ambience. Would definitely visit again.

i just stayed at the hotel and didn't sleep because the AC didn't work, the front desk said they knew this was an on going issue and that theirs nothing they can do for me in way of compensation for not sleeping, 24.5 degree C is not a luxury experience, I've stayed before even last year and enjoyed it, but not sleeping when thats literally the point of the hotel and then told by a rude check out lady " you should have called maintenance at 3am" even though she said "we are in the middle of updating our ac amd won't be done until the fall and we can't do anything about it" so why the f wouldn't you let us know amd then when we say something you say ohhh call maintenance.... , this has happened where a room has had an issue and they aren't dismissive and actually blame me for not calling maintenance in the middle of the night as the issue even though that contradicts the entire statement from the same person saying the ac units aren't functioning properly and are to be upgraded?

We really enjoyed the pool and terrace area for a relaxing end to our vacation. We experienced all three of the restaurantsand the food and wine was delicious.
