Phenomenal view

The view says it all! Absolutely incredible view from the balcony. The place was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed. Dusko was there to greet us, and is a very friendly and helpful host. We were only 12 minutes away from Perast one of the nicest seaside villages in all of Montenegro. Highly recommend this property for anyone, for couples, especially.

Welcome to Paradise.

Dusko was very helpful and communicative from the moment we booked. We were sent helpful hints and easier routes to cross the border from Croatia even. The apartment was spotless and beautifully located and a gorgeous basket of fruit and other nick nacks awaited our arrival. It truly was a week in paradise. Dusko spent an hour with us giving good local advice of things to do , explore and eat and we availed of them all. The local bus service is regular hourly and one can flag one anywhere on the road. We cannot recommend Lipci enough. The weather was gorgeous, the night was cool and the water welcoming and calm. Restaurants are reasonably priced but there are also some fine dining experiences which are suitably costed. We even ascended the amazing mountain Lovcen. A very satisfying holiday.

Exactly what we wanted. Beautiful, comfortable. Excellent rooms, cleanliness & facilities.

Really lovely stay. The views and location are stunning. Dusko is a very welcoming and generous owner - did so much to make us welcome. His mother, Mira, is also lovely and her pastries are delicious. The sea, sun beds and swimming are perfect. Cannot fault anything and would highly recommend.

Einfach traumhaft!

Nachdem der Vermieter Dusko unseren Urlaub aufgrund von Corona von letztem auf dieses Jahr verlegt hat und wir seit zwei Jahren das erste Mal wieder im Urlaub waren, waren wir umso dankbarer, wie schön es dort war. Organisatorisch hat alles wunderbar geklappt, Dusko war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar mal einen Tisch in einem wunderschönen Restaurant in der Nähe reserviert. Seine Mutter hat uns immer wieder leckere Feigen von ihrem Feigenbaum gebracht. Der private Betonstrand direkt vor der Wohnung war super geeignet, wenn man mal genug von den ganzen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe hatte und einfach mal entspannen wollte. Eine Reise nach Montenegro und vor allem auch in Duskos Ferienwohnung ist wirklich empfehlenswert! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch dort. PS: Der Balkonblick von den Fotos sieht in der Realität sogar noch schöner aus!

Panoramisch uitzicht

Charmante host zorgt voor een prima ontvangst en is steeds bereid voor informatie of voor hulp. Het appartement is compact maar comfortabel. Zeer mooie ligging aan de baai. Ideaal om de omgeving van de baai te bezoeken. Vooraan een drukke weg, maar achteraan zeer rustig om te slapen.

Great

Dusko and his family were really nice with us. Their flat was clean and exactly such as the photo we saw. We really appreciate the location of the appartment which was center in the Kotor Bay. It allowed us to see all the main interested points without too much driving. We also really appreciated the access point to the beach (from 1 minute walking) and the balcony with the amazing view on the Bay. Our stay was great and we definitely will go back to Dusko’s house if we come again to Monténégro.

Correcte apartement met een adembenemend zicht op de bai van Kotor. Voor 2 mensen, eventueel een derde op de living (zetel-bed). In dit laatste geval wel kasten te kort. Correcte uitrusting zonder meer, wel geen was- vaatwasmachine. Een microgolf zou het leven nog gemakkelijker maken. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, altijd paraat voor hun gasten. Top👍🏻

Bester Blick über die Kotor-Bucht

Dusko und seine Mutter Mira haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht. Die Straße direkt vor der Türe könnte stören. Die private Badestelle ist sehr schön und so viel schöner als irgendein Strand mit vielen anderen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!
