A unique villa with panoramic views in Lipari, featuring over 300 square metres of terraces and a sun deck overlooking the sea and Vulcano.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is designed to let you make the most of the outdoor spaces: dinners at sunset and moments of relaxation with a spectacular view of the Aeolian Islands.

The interiors have been recently renovated and feature a new Scavolini kitchen, bright and functional rooms, and comfortable, well-appointed bedrooms.

Outside, there are spacious panoramic terraces, a sun deck, and a charming outdoor shower—perfect after a day at the beach.

The location is quiet and commanding, yet strategically convenient: the villa is a short distance from the harbour and the piers, making it easy to travel to the other islands and the centre of Lipari.

A comfortable and relaxing place in a Lipari, Suburb location, amazing views just out of town but easy walking distance to Lipari and Cannetto. Antonio was very helpful at check-in and also allowed us to stay until our boat to Napoli left at 5pm. Overall a great place to stay
