Mudita vacation apartment - high-quality renovated old building with eat-in kitchen on the island

This newly renovated 80sqm apartment in the 1st Floor with elevator is special in every way. It is generously furnished and offers everything to spend a great holiday.

The high quality and well equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a walk-in, walk-in shower, toilet and a large sink. It has 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and is therefore designed for 4 people.

The fact that the house has a lift and the entire apartment is barrier-free, the apartment is also suitable for people with disabilities (no standard DIN equivalent). But there is a place there is only 70cm (to the bathroom and the rear small bedroom).

Due to its special location in a side street of the pedestrian zone, you can reach bakeries, butchers as well as cafes, restaurants and also a supermarket in just a few steps. The harbor is just under 300m, to the nearest bathing place no 500m.

For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, allerdings relativ ungemütlich eingerichtet.Die Einrichtung wirkte "zusammengewürfelt" und war wenig für einen längeren Aufenthalt (z.B. bei Regenwetter) geeignet.Vor allem in der Wohnküche habe ich Gardinen, Vorhänge, ein Sofa etc. vermisst. Ansonsten ließ die Wohnung keine Wünsche offen.Austattung: komplett. Sauberkeit: top.Lage: angenehm.

Wohnkomfort und Altstadtflair

Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt: an Ausstattung und Informationsmaterial hat uns nichts gefehlt, sie war sehr sauber und geräumig, und nachts war es auch bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr ruhig. An den warmenTagen haben wir extra die Fenster geöffnet,um Klänge des sommerlichen Treibens aus der Fußgängerzone und dem Gässchen hereinzuholen, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es auch tagsüber sehr ruhig. Die Vorteile der zentralen Lage überwiegen vor der Tatsache, dass man das Gepäck nicht direkt ans Gebäude heran fahren, sondern nur etwa 150m entfernt 20 Minuten parken kann. Das Auto haben wir die ganze Woche nicht gebraucht, da mit dem Bus (halbstündlich, Haltestelle 5 Minuten entfernt) oder fußläufig alles erreichbar ist, so auch die vorgeschlagenen Parkplätze auf dem Festland, der Inselbahnhof und die Fähren. Trotz Regenphasen hatten wir eine tolle Woche und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wohnung für jung und alt

Eine hervorragend renovierte Wohnung mit liebevoller Mischung aus "alt und modern". Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig und vor allem sehr geräumig. Außerdem bei der Hitze der letzten Tage eine angenehme Temperatur, eine Wohlfühloase. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir direkt mit dem Fahrstuhl in die Wohnküche fahren konnten. Toppen ließe sie sich nur noch durch einen kleinen Außensitz.

schöne zentrale Ferienwohnung

Kommunikation mit Agentur sehr gut , Wohnung schön hell und modern. Super Lage der Wohnung. Eine Couch im Wohnbereich wäre toll mit TV. Der Abfluss in der Dusche läuft sehr schlecht ab.

Eine Woche auf der Insel Lindau

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt ein einem herzigen Gässlein in Mitten der Stadt. Sie ist praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns wohl. Das einzige, was wir zu bemängeln haben ist, dass es nicht so sauber war. Die Küchenfronten und der Backofen waren verschmiert bzw. vertropft. Auf den Leisten lag sehr viel Staub. Ansonsten, wirklich alles topp!
