The rooms felt very neglected. I picked this hotel because the reviews I read rated it for cleanliness, but this was definitely not my experience. The room my husband and I stayed in was not clean, but the room my boys had was filthy. Visible dust/dirt along all of the walls and around the bottom of the beds. Dust on every surface. Mold lined the walls of the base in the bathroom around the shower. I could see dirt lining the floorboards around the toilet area from the entrance to the room. It was bad.
