Floor noise
Bed was comfortable and room was good size. No one at front desk to check out for multiple minutes- seemed odd. Worst was sound proofing - or lack there of between floors. Whoever was above us had kids running back and forth in the room till 11, then back up again by 5:30 running again, this time also had a bowl dropping and bouncing. Kept us up and then woke us up! I love kids, but there has to be a way for this to be quieter!

Perfect place for family
The rooms were wonderful! Comfortable, clean and spacious. The food was good. The pool and hot tub were loved by all. It was perfect for our family get together. They even had a conference room we used for our gift exchange. The only downfall was the receptionist that was working the evening we arrived. She was very unpersonable, would not look at you when talking and even went so far as to put up the 'be back in a few minutes 'sign just as my husband went up to ask her a question, and proceeded to say 'what do you want?' in a rude tone. Maybe she was having a bad day, (I wish I would have asked and given her the opportunity to explain herself) but that is no way to treat guests. We will definitely stay here again but hope to be greated with more courtesy and respect.

Have stayed there before. Enjoy hotel very much. Breakfast good. Only thing is make sure you ask for bath mat .tubs are slippery. Will stay there again. It is off interstate a little bit but not that bad. Recommend. Nice gathering area for groups to visit
