Perhaps my fault, but I was confused about a separate charge for my VA supplied therapy pet. I have no problem with that as she is not a qualified "service" animal. However I was told at checkin that this was a refundable damage deposit, plus after seeing it on my debit card statement, I called the hotel and was told that refunds take 1-2 weeks. Today I was told that was their "fee" for pets. OK..... the hotel was decent and clean. I can't go higher than 3 stars due to loose door mouldings in my room, plus a difficult toilet to flush. Make sure you understand everything completely. I have never been charged for my VA pet.

Floors are very dirty, especially near the edge. The location was experiencing extreme cold and the room heater was turned off. The room never warmed up to a comfortable temperature, even after the heater was on all night.

The room was great. Staff members were very pleasant. Rate was amazing. My partner said it was his favorite place we've stayed so far. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Lincoln.

Room was fine except for extremely strong perfume odor in room. Heard very loud yelling from down the hallway to the point that I about called the police. When I went out into the hallway to see what was going on, the night clerk came out of the managers office yelling at someone over his cellphone. Very unprofessional and disturbing.

Room was clean, bathroom needed some attention toilet handle you had to hold and force to get it to fully flush, couch was stained and looked dirty, heater was turned up to 78 and never blew even warmish air was my biggest issue but it was 1130pm or later when we got in and was dragging ass so just crashed. Oh and shower head sucked also.

Checkin was good. The front desk clerk, Mike, was pleasant. Our room was on the second floor, so took the elevator up. As soon as the door open we were 'hit' with an overwhelming odor of that skunk smelling marijuana. It filled the entire hallway as if somebody was smoking it in their room. Our room was fine and didn't have the odor. We advised Mike, who suggested perhaps it was a guest that just came in from the outside after smoking. I argued if that was the case, the lobby and certainly the elevator would have had the odor, but they didn't. As strong as the odor was and filled up and down the hallway, it had to be someone smoking it in a room. Mike said he would check it out. When we returned to the hotel later that night, the odor had dissipated somewhat, but was still faintly in the hallway.
