Luxe Riverfront Escape
This 3 bedroom/2 full bath end unit condo is perched directly above the Pemigewasset River, and less than 1 mile to Loon Mtn. You'll enjoy direct river views from almost every window, with a private deck to enjoy your own private piece of NH paradise! This is a rare opportunity to enjoy the Pemi without rushing to beat crowds or find parking. The famous "Lady's Bathtub" swimming hole is right on the property, along with 2 outdoor pools with grills and restrooms, tennis and pickleball courts.
The unit is on the top floor of the condo building. Enter into a large mudroom area with a stackable washer and dryer, and plenty of room for gear. The unit is spread out over one level, with a spacious open concept living/dining area with a full kitchen. There is a sliding door onto a private deck directly over the river. To the right end of the unit, there is a king master bedroom with attached full bathroom. On the left end of the unit, there is a common full bath, a queen bedroom, and a room with 2 twin beds.
You will have access to the entire condo, and will have access to on-site amenities.

The condo is in a great location. We loved having coffee on the deck and listening to the river. We had four generations of family gathered there for a week and the condo felt quite spacious. The one year old was in a crib in his parent’s room. I was disappointed because I did expect air conditioners in all bedrooms but we made it work with a fan. A couple of things were mentioned to the host that I feel needs attention. With this being said we had a wonderful time.

Easy access to Loon
Stayed for a long ski weekend. Both our teenage kids brought a friend. Entrances to Loon are a mile or two away, with easy access via shuttle. The condo is near the road, but it is oriented nicely toward the river so you feel like you are in a more natural location. The living room feels bigger than what I expected from the pictures. That said, this condo really only sleeps 6, not 8. There is a queen, a double, and two twins. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped and useable for its small size. Mattresses were comfortable. Decent sized "mudroom" for ski gear.Overall, good value for the location. We would return.

Wonderful Ski Weekend
What a great spot - we had a great long weekend, our hosts could not have been more responsive, and the condo is lovely and comfortable. We can't wait to stay again. Perfect for 3 adults and 2 teens.
