The condo itself was very nice. Clean, modern, good climate control, modern appliances, good utensils. Bathrooms were nice, clean, modern. The mattress in the master bedroom was top of the line, very comfortable. Unfortunately, there were two issues..1. The walls were paper thin. We were on the second floor of a 3 story unit, and could hear everything above us. It was very distracting. At 1AM, I awoke to a scratching noise, thought there was something in the room, realized that the dog upstairs must have been scratching on the floor. Made it very hard to sleep or enjoy the condo.2. The property lists as ski in/ski out, and it is not at all. In all honesty, I knew this going in, but it should not be designated as such. However, I overlooked it because the listing said there was a shuttle. There was no shuttle, no indication of a shuttle coming through the area, nothing in the guest handbook regarding how to access a shuttle. And parking at Loon is not easy, so this is an important amenity if skiing. So if not skiing, or an early skier and plan to drive, and you don't mind a lot of noise from the apartment above, this is an otherwise great condo. Wanted to give it 5 stars, but the issues listed precluded that.
