The check inlady was really rude. The room was dirty and it stink. I called the front desk to see if I could get a different room. She said there’s nothing she can do since I got it through Expedia and The stairs were full of ice.

Very nice place, but the bathroom looked as if I haven’t been cleaned for weeks. There was pink gunk in the sink and bathroom. Bothered me because I like to shower!

Good budget option.

Not the best, not the worst, and a true middle of the road option. To be clear, there is nothing that would make me not stay there again, and we likely will when we are looking for a budget friendly option. The rooms were clean enough and well stocked. Fridge was surprisingly larger than I expected, and microwave was clean and worked fine. The free breakfast was so/so— it needs a meat option for sure, but my biggest complaint is how cold they kept the room. To put it in perspective, the breakfast room was so cold that we needed jackets and the butter wouldn’t spread. Aside from that, staff was super nice, friendly, and helpful, giving us the best directions to the ice castles and recommending food options. Parking was a breeze and they even have ample room for snowmobile trailers. Is it the Ritz? No, but it doesn’t claim to be, and that’s ok. We were more than happy.

We will pass next time

The hotel was very dated and our bathroom looked like nobody had cleaned the floors or baseboards in weeks, if not months. Dust, dirt, and hair from previous guests was as piled in the corners. The beds were okay but the pillows were so thick and puffy it was difficult to sleep. The pool area was filthy and the breakfast was pretty lame. We would not return.

You get what you pay for, great place to stay while skiing. Comfortable room, nothing special, relatively clean, all ok. Convenient location to Loon and Cannon skiing, close to dinner options in Lincoln and Woodstock.

I’ve stayed here before.. maybe in a more renovated room. This room had seen better days. It is an older building that had been renovated at some point but needs it again. My reason for leaving this review however is that even though the beds were made and fresh towels in place the floor in the bathroom had hairs on it. The corners and edges not clean.
