Clean room, althoigh very dusty in places. Trish was excellent. She upgraded us to a spa suite because the hot tub was closed for inspection. The bed was not the best, way too soft and had no support. Overall very enjoyable stay.

We were over charged and they would only refund 1/4 of the over charge. The toilet seat was peeling. The floors had dirt and drip spots. The beds had springs poking up and the pillows were way past their use by date. We got a deal but had we known, we would have chosen someplace else.

Overall the experience was lovely. Great hot tub, pool, gym, and clean rooms with plenty of amenities. We were disappointed to find that none of the soap, shampoo, or conditioner dispenser had anything in them. Made our shower after the chlorine pool less than desirable. It was too late to go ask the front desk and we were only staying the one night, so in the long run it was a very pleasant stay. Would go back again (but check the soap at entry of the room 😂)

Check in was quick, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. On weekends they offer sausages and eggs. There was a good variety of breakfast food. Would stay here again.
