I loved everything with zero complaints. They even changed the sign to say happy birthday to my name which was so mind blowing and awesome. I am so so grateful and will choose this place everytime we visit the coast now. Genuinely 1000/10 :)

The layout of the family suite was excellent. We liked that each room had a window that could open and let in the fresh air. Front desk staff was good. It was a little smelly from pets. I wish you had no pet options. The beds were not great. They were pretty soft. The location was good.

It was older than I thought it would be, I had heard it had been remolded. Staff were all very plesant! It was hard to get out of with Starbucks next door..and with the rraffic when we were there impossible to make a left hand turn out of!

Front desk needs attention fast. You had a line out the door to check people in. The person I believe his name was Daniel needs to work on his people skills. Definitely needed a second person there to help. I never waited so long to check in somewhere. Also an extra $6 convenience fee upon check in. Not only unnecessary and petty but you have to have Daniel re explain the fee to everyone over and over. Just roll the stupid petty fee with the price of the hotel. Definitely a hard pass on this place

Nice room, not renovated. Very soft mattress. No daily housekeeping. Clean and very friendly. Free breakfast was basic but was a nice bonus.

Beach Trip - good overall stay

New to Ashley Inn and overall it was great! Comfy beds and quiet nights made it a pleasant stay. Breakfast could have been more but this did not deter from our good stay. We will definitely come back for our next trip!

We were sent to our rooms, one of them wasn’t ready - it was 20 minutes of standing outside the room waiting. We didn’t get Kleenex , the top sheet for the king bed was for a queen . The hotel was clean and the people were nice.
