Was just ok. Breakfast wasn’t impressive at all, not much for healthy options, the eggs and sausage were terrible. The facility is older which is fine but the pillows and beds weren’t great, Have stayed at less expensive places with much better facilities.

The only problem i had with this hotel was mainly the cleanliness. I walked into the hotel and it immediately smelt like feet, so i had to open the windows to air it out.The pool was nice, just a little dirty. My kids wore goggles and they saw a dead spider, and dirt spots. Also on the 2nd day we stayed there, we went to the pool in the morning and there was brown stuff coming up from the drain that they were draining. Stuff happens, but maybe close the pool for a couple hours to deal with that? Breakfast was pretty good. The muffins were stale, but other than that it was good. It was quiet in the rooms, and the staff were all very nice. Maybe they are just shorthanded.

Amazing, friendly staff! Check in was quick and easy. The property is very clean all around. We used the pool, love the seating areas, etc. The lobby has tons of items ypu may need throughout your stay. Loved the computers and printers available for itineraries and more. The room is large and the layout is great. Clean as well! Would recommend for sure!

Was disappointed that we didnt get hash browns and eggs. My friend and i (both in our 70s) tried to use pool and hot tub but had screaming kids there. Parent was not saying anything and we could not relax and enjoy it. Elevator broke, but stairs were okay. Dont know if we will stay there again.

We came to Lincoln City for my daughter's late 21st birthday get-a-way and our stay was great!!! The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

From the moment I arrived, your staff made me feel welcomed and well cared for. There was a minor miscommunication regarding my room, but your team handled it with professionalism and kindness—upgrading me without hesitation and resolving everything quickly. That level of service truly stood out. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just steps away. On-site parking made everything even more convenient. My room was clean, comfortable, and ideally located near the elevator. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a crib/playpen available, complete with extra blankets and bedding—such a relief for traveling parents! The shower had great water pressure, and check-in was a breeze. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and will gladly recommend the Ashley Inn to friends and family.
