The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need to whip up your favorite family meal. The sleek oven flat top and stunning new backsplash makes you feel like you are a chef in an executive kitchen. Having two full bathrooms in the unit will have everyone in your party excited. The primary private bedroom features a luxury king size bed, convenient lighting, a second flat screen TV full-size dresser to give you all the comforts of home. The en-suite bathroom has a detached sink and vanity, which makes getting ready for your beach excursion for the day a breeze!
We are conveniently located directly across the street from the Surftides Plaza Condominiums private beach access, so getting your toes in the sand is just a short walk from your condo.

2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.
The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
