Golden Gulls is a cozy oceanfront condo that sleeps four with a queen bed and sofa sleeper. It has two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Private beach access is only a block away—or if it rains, enjoy the view from your suite. The game room is on site. This unit is not pet friendly.

Whether you are in your golden years or fresh off the dock, we anticipate that Condo 370, Golden Gulls, will be right for you! This beautiful condo can’t be beat with its outstanding, uninterrupted ocean views that go on for miles. When you add in our central location that is close to shopping and dining as well as our easy beach access, we think it makes Golden Gulls the hot spot to take it all in! 



This charming condo is perfect for a fun-filled coastal getaway. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook up Emmy Award-worthy meals to enjoy with your friends and family. The stone countertops in the kitchen along with the floor-to-ceiling fireplace in the living room truly create a cozy atmosphere. This condo has two full bathrooms, a queen bed, and a pull-out couch in the living room, along with a comfy recliner to relax in.



Enjoy the spectacular sunrise on your very own private balcony while you explore your inner strong-willed Dorothy, spacey Rose, lusty Southern belle Blanche or matriarch Sophia. Don't forget about our game room on site. These amenities are sure to please your friends and family during your visit at Surftides Plaza Condominiums.



This condo does not accept pets.

2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
