Lovely location

Maria was friendly and welcoming. The property was a bit tricky to find initially but lovely views down to Laredo and playa salve. The house is so well designed. We really felt at home. Thank you so much for letting us stay. The Herriott and Newson families

Casa tranquila con todo lo necesario y bien ubicada

Estuvimos en Agosto muy a gusto. La casa estĂĄ fenomenal, con todo lo necesario, muy limpia y bien cuidada y el jardĂ­n estupendo, con impresionantes vistas de la bahĂ­a de Laredo. El porche super aprovechado incluso para dĂ­as que llueve, ya que con el toldo se estĂĄ fenomenal, porque la temperatura es estupenda y si hace algo de viento lo evita. La zona muy tranquila para descansar, y en un momento llegas a Laredo, que tiene de todo.

Superbes lieu et emplacement

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cette grande maison. Tout est Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs confortable, rien ne manque! Nino et Maria ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs chaleureux. Ein schönes Feriendomizil in praktischer Lage zwischen Santander und Bilbao

Maria ist sehr herzlich und freundlich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es waren in großzĂŒgiger Menge HandtĂŒcher vorhanden. Einziger Wermutstropfen, fĂŒr den Maria allerdings nichts kann: einige fĂŒrchterlich klĂ€ffende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die leider auch in der Nacht keine Ruhe geben. Zur Not kann man aber einfach auf das Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin ausweichen.

Hele mooie locatie

Een geweldig huis met fijne tuin en prachtig uitzicht. Je moet wel alles met de auto doen, maar als je je daarop instelt is dat natuurlijk geen probleem. De eigenaresse is bijzonder aardig en attent. Super dat de hond ook mee mocht en voor kleine kinderen is het ook een prima plek! We komen graag weer.

Großes, schönes Haus mit tollem Blick

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und geschmackvoll dekoriert und hat in der KĂŒche alle GerĂ€te, die man so zum Kochen braucht. Leider hat es etwas wenig Geschirr und Besteck, so dass man die SpĂŒlmaschine doch etwas öfter anwerfen muss, als das unbedingt notwendig wĂ€re. Auch wenn man wirklich mit 8 Personen anreist, kann das Geschirr und Besteck knapp werden. Der Garten ist groß, es gibt eine schöne, ĂŒberdachte Terrasse und schöne Gartenmöbel, aber auch hier eher fĂŒr 4 Personen, als fĂŒr 8, fĂŒr die es im Haus SchlafplĂ€tze gibt. Die Sicht auf Laredo vom Garten aus ist inzwischen leider etwas durch einen Baum auf dem NachbargrundstĂŒck verdeckt, aber vom 1. Stock aus noch immer sehr schön. Leider wirkt der Garten, im Gegensatz zum Haus, etwas ungepflegt. Insgesamt hatten wir trotzdem einen schönen und ruhigen Urlaub dort. Der Weg vom Haus nach Laredo ist mit dem Auto nicht weit, aber einen Parkplatz zu finden war in der Hochsaison nicht gerade einfach. Besser man parkt schon vor Laredo am Straßenrand, dort hat es mehr Platz. Viele andere Orte sind auch gut zu erreichen, Bilbao (Guggenheim Museum nicht versĂ€umen), Santander (sehr schön), Noja (der schönste Strand aus unserer Sicht) und viele andere Orte noch. Wandern war eher schwierig, wenn man nicht unbedingt auf dem Jakobsweg wandern will, weil es keine Wanderkarten gab und die WanderfĂŒhrer sich nur mit dem Jakobsweg beschĂ€ftigen. Ein paar kleinere Rundwanderungen konnten wir trotzdem machen. Die Kommunikation mit Maria hat mit etwas Spanisch und zusĂ€tzlicher Google Übersetzung ganz gut geklappt (zumindest auf unserer Seite). Vor Ort konnte uns Nino dann auf deutsch alles Notwendige zum Haus erklĂ€ren. Alles in allem also vielen Dank an Maria und Nino fĂŒr die gute Betreuung und dafĂŒr dass wir einen schönen Urlaub in Marias Haus verbringen durften. Muchas Gracias!
