Well-situated steps from the river and walking-distance to a grocery store, the former Limoges porcelain factory and a small tavern on the other side of the river. On the whole, I’d stay there again.

We only stayed one night. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and quiet. A self-service laundry is available on the ground floor. We were surprised to find that the machines (one washer, one dryer) were controlled by a smartphone app. It actually worked quite well, notifying us when the load was done.

Bonjour, Suite Ă  notre sĂ©jour du 13 au 18 aoĂ»t, je vous fait un retour sur notre expĂ©rience dans la "chambre" 225 de l'Ă©tablissement : * ACCUEIL : personne qui ne vous regarde mĂȘme pas, lĂšve les yeux en l'air quand ils ne fixent pas l'Ă©cran... * MÉNAGE : Un chewing-gum-gum collĂ© sur un cĂŽtĂ© visible du canapĂ©-lit d'un des enfants. Lave vaisselle plein de vaisselle encore mouillĂ©e..., salle de petit dĂ©jeuner avec le sol collant sur toute la surface. * SALLE DE BAIN : Fond de baignoire rayĂ©, joints de carrelages dĂ©colorĂ©es, mobilier gonflĂ©, miroir abĂźmĂ©, mitigeur difficile Ă  ouvrir et ne reste jamais Ă  la mĂȘme tempĂ©rature (passe du bonne tempĂ©rature, Ă  gelĂ©, Ă  bouillant sans rien touchĂ©), vitre pare-baignoire mal rĂ©glĂ©e le joint tombe et la porte ne tiens pas en place (elle reviens vers nous sans arrĂȘt quand on se douche.), demi dose de gel douche pour 4 personnes et 5 nuits passĂ©es en 2 douches de 4 personnes il n'y avait plus rien.. * CHAMBRE : Carreau de carrelage cassĂ© Ă  l'entrĂ©e, tous les meubles sont abĂźmĂ©es, les murs sont sales de tĂąches, des plinthes manquantes, la table tourne sur elle mĂȘme quand on mange et est toute gonflĂ©e, le bureau ne tiens mĂȘme plus au mur (fixations tordues ou arrachĂ©es), matelas pour "lits 1 place" de trĂšs mauvaise qualitĂ© qui ne sont d'ailleurs pas des lits au passage, la barre de store qui nous reste dans les mains quand on ferme les volets, barre du rideau qui ne tient plus que d'un cĂŽtĂ©. Et c'est un 3 Ă©toiles ça ?

Fuyez !!! TrĂšs sale.

PremiĂšre chambre qui sent la cigarette. Avec sur le bord de la fenĂȘtre un bol rempli de mĂ©gots. De plus, la chambre est sale. On demande un changement de chambre. Limite si on avait l'impression de dĂ©ranger et d'ĂȘtre trop exigeants... DeuxiĂšme chambre aussi sale que la premiĂšre et mauvaises odeurs Ă©galement. LĂ , on montre notre agacement et comble du ridicule, la rĂ©ceptionniste semble encore plus agacĂ©e aprĂšs nous... TroisiĂšme chambre... on accepte par dĂ©pit mais elle est tout aussi sale. Heureusement que le surclassement etait soit-disant automatique... une blague... On descend demander nos boissons gratuites... elle nous en rapporte une pour 4 personnes. On lui montre preuve Ă  l'appui que c'est une boisson par personne. Elle souffle et prĂ©tend qu'il ne lui reste qu'un seul choix... bref, on montre notre agacement mais elle semble ne pas le comprendre. Seules satisfactions, la literie de notre lit Ă©tait convenable mais pas celle des enfants. C'Ă©tait un lit d'appoint et pas un vrai lit. Le petit dĂ©jeuner convenable Ă©galement et le personnel du matin bien plus sympathique. TrĂšs agrĂ©able mĂȘme. Point supplĂ©mentaire : on a vite compris pourquoi les chambres Ă©taient sales quand on a vu le comportement et la tenue des femmes de mĂ©nage... Quand on dit que ces employĂ©es ont un rĂŽle essentiel dans la rĂ©putation d'un Ă©tablissement. LĂ , elles ruinent clairement la rĂ©putation de celui-ci. Vous trouverez mieux sans difficultĂ©.
