This was probably the worst check in in my whole trip, the receptionist sent us to the most remote room in the property with a view of the laundry lines and called it a garden view, WE WERE THE ONLY GUESTS AT THE TIME mischarged for the extras. I had to get visibly upset for the room to be changed.

A equipe maravilhosa, sempre empenhada em agradar e atender o hóspede. Porém já havia me hospedado neste hotel outras vezes e achei mal cuidado. Fiquei no bangalo jardim e a varanda da habitação fica sem uso pois não tem mobília ou uma rede para melhor aproveitamento. O banheiro não parecia muito limpo, principalmente a parte do banho, com partes encardidas. As toalhas também já bem gastas. E a praia de CAnoa Quebrada em si caiu muito em sua estrutura e limpeza. Muito diferente de outras vezes que fui visitar.

Check in e check out muito demorados, atraso de mais de uma hora pra entrar no quarto, saída mesma coisa pra conseguir acertar consumo, recepção com apenas um funcionário, o Vinicius, que por sinal faz milagre. Equipe e ótima e prestativa, mas a parte estrutural do quarto e hotel precisa de manutenção, chuveiro sai pouquíssima água (entupido e baixa pressão da água) e só funciona o quente na temperatura máxima, ou seja, banho gelado ou “pelando”. Descarga do Vaso sanitário do quarto não funciona nem pra trocar adequadamente a água que fica parada, quem dirá para dejetos sólidos, que tivemos que retirar manualmente após dezenas de tentativas mal sucedidas de descarga (primeira experiência desse tipo em todas as hospedagens da vida). Aparentemente o problema de baixa pressão da água para chuveiro e descargas é para toda a estrutura do hotel, já que o banheiro do restaurante também não funciona adequadamente a descarga, mantendo dejetos sólidos boiando.

Muito bom o hotel no geral, o que mais gostamos e aproveitamos foi da piscina. O cafe da manhã pode melhorar a variedade, o atendimento do pessoal por ocasião do cafe foi excelente. Fica perto do centro e da pra ir a pé tranquilamente. Tem estacionamento Vc tem a vista e o vento do mar pra refrescar seu corpo e mente. No mais foi uma ótima escolha pro custo/benefício, tenho que recomendar.
