Nestled in a peaceful setting in Limeyrat, this authentic stone house typical of the Périgord welcomes up to 6 guests for a comfortable stay surrounded by nature and local discoveries.
You'll love the lush surroundings and well-kept outdoor spaces: a private pool, a large covered terrace perfect for shared meals, and a vegetable garden accessible depending on the season. The house opens onto an 8-hectare wooded park, shared with the discreet owners who live on site. Between garden and woods, let yourselves be charmed by this tranquil spot, enhanced by a magnificent cedar tree.
The house enjoys a prime location near must-see sites: Lascaux IV (20 km), the Vézère Valley with its prehistoric treasures, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil (30 km), Sarlat-la-Canéda (45 km), the Rouffignac caves, and Périgueux with its Saint-Front Cathedral (30 km). This is the perfect base for exploring the Périgord Noir, its picturesque villages, and unspoiled landscapes.
Inside, comfort and practicality await. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine), a friendly dining area, a living room with sofas, TV, and Wifi, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet.
