This holiday home is a beautiful, typically Breton stone farmhouse, located in a cul-de-sac, and offers: On the ground floor: - a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room, opening onto two terraces - a laundry room - a shower room with toilet - a lounge Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed, and 2 single beds) - a shower room with toilet - a room with some exercise equipment Outside: A large, unfenced garden of 1,200 m², a detached garage, and two terraces (one enclosed by low railings). The cottage is semi-detached to the owner's residence (via the garage), but offers complete privacy. Located to the east of Morbihan, Limerzel is a peaceful commune near Rochefort-En-Terre. You will have the pleasure of discovering superb panoramas, whether by bike with the Templar circuit, on foot on the Trévelo Valley path or along the Nantes to Brest Canal. Not to be missed, 4km away: the Branféré Park with its animals and its treetop trail! Also worth visiting 20 minutes away: Tropical Parc and its gardens. For lovers of the sea, swimming, boating and water sports, the Gulf of Morbihan, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, is 30 minutes away.
