This is a good hotel - whether it is worth the price offered is another thing. The staff truly made this visit so relaxing for me and all the staff members I interacted with were so helpful and polite. A personal favourite for me was kindly receiving an upgrade during check in and my room being prepped for “night”. The gesture of organising my room for me to be able to just go to bed was absolutely 5 star worthy. There was a wide selection at the breakfast with great juices being offered and the raspberry danish pastry was a stand out. My main problem was the casino right infront of the lobby of the hotel where you are allowed to smoke in. This creates a lingering cigarette smell throughout the entrance. Secondly if you wis to have a late night meal/snack/drink the only open restaurant is in the casino. Whilst the food is reasonably priced I couldn’t relax due to coughing over the smoky air and dealing with the casino noise. I was also disappointed by the pool offerings - there was only one pool open excluding the spa and the pools seemed rather dated. Whilst I am not sure I am the target audience for this hotel/destination I will say I left feeling well rested and cared for by the staff. That being said I want to single out a number of staff members who I interacted with who made my stay so pleasant. If management see this - these individuals were superb and offered nothing short of a 5 star service: Patricia, Constantina, Camelia, Beatriz, Nasia and Blessing - thank you all

Don’t go there!!

We were never told the hotels pools and slides are closed for maintenance, we found out only during our check in. We were also not informed that the adventure park is closed on Monday-Tuesday and our kids missed to go there. The manager Felix was a complete shame!! Another hotel employee said we can bring food from outside and he wouldn’t let us in. The overall experience was one big disappointment!

The hotel is highly overrated and falls far short of the luxury experience it claims to provide. Upon arrival, we had to wait around 30 minutes just to check in, which immediately set a poor tone. The swimming pool experience was even more disappointing. Although there were at least 10 staff members present, they were unprofessional, inattentive, and clearly not trained to the standards one would expect from a hotel of this supposed class. While service in other areas of the hotel was slightly better, it was still far from impressive. The casino and its integration into the hotel are, frankly, a joke. It feels poorly managed and adds nothing of value to the overall experience. In my opinion, the stay may be worth considering only if the price is around €200 per night, which is what this hotel actually deserves. Anything above that is simply not justified.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights as a family—my wife, our two teenage boys (17 and 13), and our 5-year-old daughter. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, with excellent facilities, professional and friendly staff, and great service. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide and delicious variety. However, our experience at the pools was disappointing. The main adults-only pool was closed throughout the weekdays and only opened during the weekend—something that should have been clearly communicated in advance. Family and kids’ activities were limited and below expectations. Poolside parties and water slide regulations lacked proper safety oversight and professionalism. While the kids’ area, game zone, and adventure park were nice, the overall pool experience for families fell short of standard. Additionally, poolside waiter service was extremely slow and inconsistent. While the hotel has many strong points, it is overpriced for the overall experience—especially given the limited access to key facilities and the subpar family-friendly offerings.
