Room was spotless and updated. Air conditioner worked great and they were very efficient with change out of any necessary linens. If street noise bothers you, make sure you request an interior room.

Location was safe but about a 20 minute walk from Kennedy Park. There weren't many shops nearby. We were able to drop off our bags before check-in. Room was clean an the staff were helpful enough.

We stayed here for a few days while we were in Lima. We liked our stay here but the rooms did get a bit cold and our clothes felt damp afterwards. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean although a bit small.

Excellent service and even packed us a breakfast to go since we were leaving early in the morning. Bad bad pillows were very comfortable. The only bad part was the noise on th street. Ask for a room off the street. However service and accommodation was amazing. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is adorable, wonderfully decorated, and the team are super sweet and helpful. The location is great, a few blocks from some gorgeous vistas, and close to restaurants or other places of interest. It was a little noisy out my window, but that's to be expected in a city. I left my infrared light in the bed the morning I left and they helped me swiftly to recover it - thank you again!

Superb service and fab hotel

For me as a solo female traveller this hotel was a great location in Miraflores. I felt safe and comfortable. The staff were amazing, answering questions I had straight after booking, to helping me organise a taxi from the airport, to checkin and beyond. They were super helpful and friendly. Plus the breakfast was fabulous (I’m vegetarian and there was a lot for me to choose from) I would definitely recommend this place and would return if I’m ever back in Lima.

This a a hidden gem in Miraflores. Pretty and cozy, this place is great for its location and proximity to El Malecón and Berlin St, which has a lot of options for bars and restaurants. Staff was amazing, and breakfast was great. The room was amazingly decorated. Greatly recommended!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was great. What ruined the experience was the last night of our stay at this hotel. We were woken up at midnight by a man and woman yelling in spanish across the hall, and all that my husband and I could understand was the man yelling "passport" and the woman yelling "stop", and the sound of luggage being dragged up/down the stairs, all of which led us to believe a traveller in the hotel was being robbed. Noise, chaos, and confusion continued for 1.5 hours while we locked ourselves in our bathroom, absolutely frightened. We tried calling the police through WhatsApp but that didn't work; we later figured out that police did arrive on the scene but it was not until the early morning checkout when I asked what on earth happened that the receptionist told me guests checked in late last night saying they were robbed BEFORE arriving at the hotel. None of this was relayed to us during the incident, no staff nor police on scene came to tell the other guests what the hell was happening. We were scared to death that someone was going to rob us next. We had an early flight that morning and everything was completely disrupted with no concern for our safety or wellbeing that night.
