Single one-story family cozy house located in the heart of the safest and most touristic neighborhood in Lima, the district of Miraflores. Among a calm environment with a discrete appearance, is one of the few vintage traditional houses still available in the area. Fully renovated, furnished, and decorated, with high beamed ceilings and large rooms, the house is a truly comfortable and relaxing space with two open patios, warmer in winter and fresh in summer times. It has the highest Internet speed for residential purposes available and displays modern lighting.
This cozy home is perfect either for a family visiting Lima or for business purpose stays. Centrally located, with easy access to everything the guests may need at walking distance: supermarkets, dry-cleaning service, movie theaters, best restaurants in Lima, malls, the beach for surfing lovers, wonderful parks, paragliding practice on hand for adventurers who would like to have a panoramic view of the Coast and the city, and delightful views of the Pacific Ocean from the Coast shore only 4 blocks walking by.
POLICIES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VISITORS
Welcome to Lima, the City of Kings and the Gourmet Capital of South America. We have the pleasure to accommodate you in our house, located in the most tourist and safest district in Lima: Miraflores!
1. Housekeeping. The person who gives you and picks up the keys is our friend Ms. Rosa. She is also in charge of house maintenance and supplies. If you need something urgent or require important information, please do not hesitate in contacting Rosa, via message using WhatsApp or call her on her cell phone is (51)(1) 993-620-979. 2. Keys. You have received four (4) keys upon arrival:

Protective measures against the pandemic. Since mid-March 2020 the Peruvian Government has
established several sanitary initiatives to contain the contagion of Covid-19. We have considered not occupying the house three (2) days before the reservation and three days after the guests’ departure.
Guests are free to circulate at their discretion 24/7. As a precaution, we recommend the following: Do not leave the house street door open and unattended. The door must be well closed each time you leave. Secure the house street door with the lock.
When ready to leave for the airport, verify first that your transportation has arrived and is waiting outside by looking through the little window on the exterior wall.
Bathroom supplies. You will find enough quantity of towels and toilet tissue to last for the time of your visit. If you need more, please ask Rosa. If you wish to buy more toilet tissue, please choose the brand" ‘ELITE Pliego Doble con Extracto de Seda’, which is the only one able to be disposed of in the toilet without causing sewage blockage. Bedroom supplies. If your reservation is for eight (8) or more nights, you will find additional sets (s) of sheets and pillowcases (s). When replacing the sheets and pillowcases, please leave them in a bag to be
picked up after your departure.
Trash pickup. Please, drop off your small trash bags inside the bigger recipient located next to the lateral
door. Once or twice per week you may take the big black bag outside on the street, leaving it against the light pole. Trash pickup is daily.
Kitchen supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find there, upon arrival, a big container with drinking water and one roll of paper towels. You may buy both in any of the neighboring supermarkets (Wong or Vivanda) or grocery stores. DO NOT DRINK TAP WATER. This water contains chemicals that are not well tolerated by visitors. If you didn’t get a full container of drinking water, Rosa will provide a
one-time replacement only. You may purchase more drinking water in the supermarket, or if you prefer to get a similar big container, please ask Rosa to order it at $10 price. It will be delivered to the house.
Washer + Dryer (“Lavaseca”). In the kitchen, you will also find this 2 in 1 machine of limited capacity and a minimum cycle of wash ‘n dry of around two (2) hours. Very useful appliance for small and light garments.
Please follow the instructions in the Manual and be careful not to overcharge it.
Security in case of earthquakes. The more secure space in the house is the kitchen and there is a sign.
However the best is to try gaining the Street, but in case this is not possible, the kitchen is a go, od refuge. In the kitchen, there is also a small extinguisher and a small cabinet with First Aid supplies.
