We've stayed here several times already. We like the location and the staff is very nice but the breakfast needs to be improved, our room this time had an a/c leak, the mini fridge was not working the first night. The staff did attend to it quickly, the carpet on the 7th floor is very stained and it smells horrible. Needs to be cleaned. Overall, I believe the hotel needs some TLC

I was asked to pay a USD $31 for a cleaning fee. Staff member Karla was rude and not helpful. I do not appreciate the attitude. She clearly needs to be trained better with customer service. I asked to speak to a mana and she said there were none available. Only her and the other fellow. Swimming pool is really small! Breakfast was very poor as well for a “4 star Hotel”.

The towels are extremely old, a normal person would use them to wash their car. Breakfast is toast, eggs, and hotdogs with onion. The hotel could spend an extra $30 for another toaster since the line for the toaster was always 5 people deep.

COBRAN MUCHO PARA LO QUE OFRECEN

Es mi segunda vez en este hotel pero no volvere y la razon es porque vivo en Canada, hice mi reaervacion online y me comunique por tel con el hotel antes de viajar con un Sr. De nombre David Fabian. Quedamos en que mi nuera y nieto llegaban antes que yo al hotel que no le cobraran nada que yo pagaba cuanto llegaba como lo hice la vez anterior le pase los nombres de ellos y me dijo que todo estaria bien. Al llegar ellos al hotel no los dejaron quedarse hasta que yo no llegara. Pregunte por el Sr David Fabian nunca supe de el. Pregunte por la Gerenta me tomaron mis datos nunca nadies se comunico conmigo. El ultimo dia decidinos quedarnos ahi y me salieron cobrando mas caro porque seria otro cuarto con cama king y al final paque mas y me quede en la misma habitacion. No tienen palabra. Se pasan la pelota uno al otro y no te solucionan nada a favor del cliente. No lo recomiendo. El desayuno limitado lo que ofrecen no nos gusto. Es caro para lo que ofrecen. Its expensive .NO LO RECOMIENDO AL HOTEL
