Above and beyond

Nelly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. She even recommended a safe taxi from the airport and places in the area. Wonderful host.

Bad

I booked this place for my family and they told me that the place was dirty, and all appliances very old and outdated. There was a bill left on the account I paid the next day and the day after they still charged and when I tried to contact them no response for return.
