This is a brand new apartment, the building is the last one that was built from this project, the apartment has ocean front view and it is located in a secure section, with only 15 minutes ride from the airport, all depending on traffic, you could avoid the hassle of driving for a long time in a city like Lima. There are shops within 5 blocks away from the building where you can find anything from toothpaste to a healthy meal, also you can rid along the Ocean by the Costanera and enjoy the beaches all along this road.
Due to covid19 there are restrictions which the entire country had to adhere and for the best interest of the people who permanently live here some of those regulations still going on, such us to get registered to get in the building, you need to reserve a time you want to go in the pool, there is a 1 sol fee to use the gym, no parties allowed nor loud noise up to late hours.
If you can behave as an adult and not a wild animal you would not have any problems staying here otherwise this place is not for you
If you have a car we will need the year, model and color of the car to let it in. We need to register all guests in order to let you in for safety reasons and only property owners and guests on reservation are allowed in.

Callao area

It wasn't a pleasant. I did not have wifi coming in to Peru and had a hard time connecting with my family and the host. My daughter was who reached out to the host and she mentioned he was a rude host. I was not able to see him as he is not in that country. Getting a taxi was hard no one wanted to assist. If you want to experience a peaceful trip stay away from this area and especially if you travel with kids. I give him a one star cause the sister the caretaker was who came to help with the wifi but it took 3 hrs to have someone out

100% recomendado.

Apartamento muito aconchegante e confortável; bastante limpo e novo. Um pouco distante dos principais bairros (p ex Miraflores), mas é próximo ao aeroporto. Próximo ao apartamento há um mercado é um restaurante típico peruano (recomendo a comida). A hospedagem foi excelente, ótima comunicação com o Sr Luís, recepção excelente da Karina. Recomendo o local!
