The pool and the Spa treatment were great. It was a new experience having the sauna in a private room away from the Spa area. I had a really enjoyable stay. This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe! When they say five stars, they mean it!!! As soon as we walked into the hotel, we were warmly greeted. The staff is exemplary and immediately makes you feel like a valued guest! The gentleman checking us walked us to our room, turned on the lights, and showed us some of the amenities on our way to our room. The room is so comfortable and beautiful! Even the room coffee and filtered water are wonderful details that exceed any other hotel! The architecture is a masterpiece as they retro fit this luxury hotel into an existing building. The art in the hallways, the centered lounge, and spa are so classy and chic! I’m thankful that I got to rest here after three tiring days of exploring Christmas Markets in Belgium and Germany. This hotel sets the gold standard!
