I really enjoyed my 2-night stay here. Staff was very friendly, check-in was smooth and room was nice and clean. The building itself looks like it could be in need of an upgrade soon, but that did not take away from it feeling clean and safe. Within walking distance (10 minutes) from nearly all the areas in Lille, including the train station. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient and quite a pleasant stay

Convenient, about 16 min walk from Lille Europe station and 10 min walk from Lille Flandres, and 15 min from Lille Grand Palais. Breakfast has a good variety of food, including cheese, brrad, pastry, yoghurt, etc. Staff are helpful and polite. However, the room lacks basic amenities like hot water flask, slippers, toiletries, cups, etc, though they are available at the hotel lobby. Some corners of the room have mould and were musty. The air conditioner was not cold enough (but this is understandable as it was about 25 to 28 deg C in the afternoon).

SALLE DE BAIN vétuste vieillotte non chauffée donc froide douche microscopique plinthes décollées carrelage cassé. CHAMBRE vieille moquette n'inspirant pas la propreté mais une bonne literie mauvaise isolation acoustique générale et en particulier bruits d'écoulements dans les canalisations et bruits venants des autre chambres, claquements et grincements des portes. Nuit très agitée à cause de clients extrêmements bruyants qui nous ont empêché de dormir de 3h00 à 5h30 du matin d’autres clients gênés comme nous ont tenté de les faire taire en frappant dans les murs sans aucun effet. L'ensemble du personnel souriant poli et disponible pour la clientèle ce qui est tres appréciable. Nous ne pouvons pas en dire autant de l'accueil à notre arrivée et départ. Pas souriante peu aimable. Nous cherchions un restaurant dans les alentours et la reponse a été "regardez sur internet ". A notre départ cette même personne a repris nos clés sans un mot pour savoir si notre sejour s'était bien passé. Nous avons du insister pour évoquer l'incident nocture qu'elle n'a pas jugé bon de prendre en compte vu que dautres personnes lui avait déjà dit. Nous déconseillons cet hôtel. Chambre 301
