I loved the sustainability and re use policy. Staff were genuine and welcoming with a personal touch. Couldn't be closer to the station. Breakfast was affordable and good with a nice cafe to sit in. Great price. Clean and comfortable room. Nice hot shower.

very close to the Lille Gare Flandres , 2 minute walk away . on Rue du Molinel , small sign nearly invisible. I’ve stayed here four time. Lille is a great city. The Rue du Molinel leads you straight to the art museum . The town hall , remarkable building of red brick with yellow stonework , typical of the 16/17th architectural style in this city .

Floor in the shower was yellow…there were 2 towels in the room, both were wet….brrrr…in the morning I woke up cause I heard mobile vibrating in the room next to me…not even a bottle of water in the room…for 215 euros a night…

Chambre toute petite avec un tarif prohibitif (presque 160€ pour une chambre pour laquelle je n'aurai pas payé plus de 60€), les photos sont très belles mais la réalité n'est pas à la hauteur. L'hôtel n'a pas été facile à trouver, je n'y suis resté qu'une nuit, je m'attendais à quelque chose d'accueillant, j'ai eu droit à un vieux couloir et une chambre au confort très relatif (bonne literie tout de même), pas d'équipement (sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser...)... Je suis déçu de mon passage au Greet hôtel qui n'est pas au niveau des autres hôtel de la même chaine, pour un tarif clairement exagéré au vu de la prestation.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was clean, and the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to both train stations, making it convenient for day trips. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. Although we requested housekeeping, our room was not cleaned, and we had to visit reception to ask for fresh towels. The breakfast selection was quite limited, so you may prefer to eat elsewhere if you're looking for more variety. Additionally, on Saturday night, the noise levels were quite high due to loud music playing from 11:00 pm until 2:00 am, which made it difficult to sleep. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient location and friendly service, but improvements to housekeeping, breakfast options, and noise management would enhance the guest experience.

Loin des standings des hotel Greet que j’ai déjà côtoyé . Pas d’ascenseur, 4eme étages avec problème de genoux. Et la personne a l’accueil vous dit c’est ce que vous avez réservé. Pas de Clim, petit déjeuner très très décevant pour 12,90€. Bref à fuir, à ce prix là il y a l’ibis juste à côté avec des prestations supérieures.

Hyvä sijainti ihan rautatieaseman vieressä. Vieressä oli myös isohko ostoskeskus. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli kohtuullinen. Tyypillinen ranskalainen: tarjolla makeita syötäviä, ei kurkkua, ei tomaattia tms. Patonki oli hyvää, mutta jokainen leikkaa leivästä oman palan pitämällä leivästä kiinni eli hygienia ei välttämättä ole ihan kohdillaan. Huone oli pieni ja laskutilaa ei juuri ollut.

Très satisfait de mon séjour de 3 nuits au Greet Hotel Lille Gare Flandres. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Hôtel très bien situé face à la Gare et à proximité immédiate à pied du Centre Ville et du Zénith Grand Palais. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation pour les voyageurs venant en train à Lille.
