Biggest let down the hotel was the restaurant, slow poor service, made to reuse cutlery between courses and breakfast was a joke hardly any food was laid out and the staff were obvious about their guests are hungry! Being served sour beer when they knew the keg was gone!

Two payments taken on pre-paid room

I paid for two rooms in advance with Hotels.com and the hotel took two additional payments from my credit card instead of taking deposit swipes. They are now refusing to refund the unauthorised payments they have taken. I’d suggest people avoid this place.

- 1 - @ 5.30am - We have been waken up by two mens which entered our room. They were as surprised as us to see that they have been given access to the same room. This is not acceptable as we were travelling as a family and booked this hotel to have some proper rest. Also when raising this issue with the reception, they just said that they were going to report but didn't recorded it in front of us. 2/ I also asked for a printed invoice but couldn't get it as their printer was not working.

Il y avait une fuite au niveau du joint de la douche, ce qui inondait la salle de bain. je vais joindre des vidéos sur les 2 jours de présence, nous avons fait réactiver nos cartes 4 fois au niveau du restaurant, il y a un chat qui circule et qui se promÚne dans tout l'hÎtel alors que les animaux sont interdits. la nourriture n'est pas correcte. seul point positif la personne qui est la le soir et qui est trÚs cordiale

Les chambres manquent de lumiĂšre, et les murs sombres accentuent l’impression d’obscuritĂ©. Il n’y a pas de vĂ©ritable source de lumiĂšre, les lampes prĂ©sentes ne suffisent pas, ce qui rend la chambre sombre. Dans les toilettes, il est impossible de se laver les mains aprĂšs usage car il n’y a pas de lavabo. Il serait prĂ©fĂ©rable de combiner les toilettes et la salle de bain en une seule piĂšce. C’est dommage qu’il n’y ait nulle part de bouilloire pour faire chauffer de l’eau pour le thĂ©. Le choix de nourriture au petit-dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs limitĂ©. On trouve surtout des plats sucrĂ©s, mais il manque des options salĂ©es. Les seuls disponibles sont des Ɠufs durs froids. Il n’y a pas de lĂ©gumes comme des tomates, des concombres ou des poivrons. Tout le monde n’aime pas manger sucrĂ© le matin.
