We stayed at the Intercontinental hotel for two nights. The hotel grounds are very impressive and the staff is highly trained and speak very good English. Hilton Garden Inn Lijiang
We spent one night before flying out of China. The staff were very helpful and friendly despite our language barrier. They also arranged transportation to the airport. Breakfast offered American as well as Chinese options.
