Our villa is a detached house with large enclosed private garden located in a quiet area. This house consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, living room with double sofa bed e kitchenette, bathroom and private parking space.
The villa is 800 meters from the beach, surrounded by greenery and it is ideal for those seeking tranquility and rest.

*Check-in: from 15:30 to 19:00
*late check-in until 23:00 only on request. After 23:00, check-in is not allowed.
*Check-out: until 09:30

-1 pet per accommodation/per stay (free of charge)

°Services excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 100eur to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. Please note that during the Pentecost period (from 06/06 to 09/06), the deposit will be 200eur per person. It will be returned at check-out following the apartment inspection.
-City tax: 0,70eur per person, per night, for a maximum of 10 nights, only for above 12 years old guests at the check-in date. It is required to be paid upon arrival in cash.
