Horrible.....

It was horrible... First of all, it is not a hotel, but a service apartment. I don't know why hotels.com permits something like this in its listings. I totally used to trust hotels.com based on its reputation and I always book through it. But now I doubt its reputation because of this hotel called service apartment. I was in hurry and booked it as I thought the price is reasonable. But there is a huge hidden charge, which doubled the charge. Moreover, how can you permit it to be non-refundable when it charges some hidden 90 euros as cleaning fee. I would request hotels.com to remove this agency from your listing and save your reputation.
