Was there for 5 days. There are no other services available and the desk is not always open. Need to go out often. Otherwise a wonderful room centrally located on a wonderful city.

We were promised a 10% discount because the staff accidentally locked us out of our room. Meanwhile, they were not in the office. So it was super inconvenient, we wanted to rest and had no where to go. They apologized but didn't deliver on the discount.

Lovely hotel, really noisy street

Really nice room, comfy bed, nice little kitchen so I could make myself breakfast. Super friendly people. However, my room was first floor facing the street, and there were people shouting/fighting basically the whole night. I am a good sleeper, but didn't sleep at all and was so tired the next day it ruined the thing that I had gone to Liege for in the first place. So sadly, unless I could guarantee a room facing the other side, I wouldn't go back.

Check other options

Getting to the hotel was a nightmare due to closed street. Although this was not the fault of the hotel they should have stated the possibility of street closure due to construction works on thier website. The closure resulted in having to haul our luggage for several hundred meters from our car to the hotel. Staff were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Room and standard was very nice.
