Stay was good. Service excellent food good, the main thing I would improve is the shower having more than just warm water and some water pressure. Last time we stayed we did not have any big towels, but we did this time.. water is consistently only warm.

I had a little trouble checking in as the rooms were not verified. I had to call Expedia to release the booking as Expedia had sent the email to an employee at Hilton Garden Inn that no longer worked there, it should have gone to the general email of the front desk.

The steak tortillas and steak tenderloin at the Hilton restaurant was some of the best food I’ve ever had. The room was okay. The plumbing was a little to be desired. Water pressure wasn’t to good. Internet was great. The convenience of being near the airport made it very accommodating. We’ll definitely stay there again.

There was many people waiting for the airport shuttle this morning. We are all on the same flight. And there was only one shuttle, so some people were not able to make it on and had to wait. Also there was no shuttle to pick me up from the airport yesterday. I had to beg a driver to take me and paid him $20usd. Food at the restaurant was great. Staff is all very kind. Rooms are ok. You can hear everything going on in the rooms next door

We never saw the pool, it was an overnight stay with an early departure. The shuttle was good, the restaurant had a nice selection to choose from and the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the invoice wasn't in english. A suggestion also would be to have some grab-and-go food items out with coffee in the morinng for those leaving at 5am. Fruit and muffins would be awesome!

Nice hotel with an easy location for night before a flight out. There were renovations during the day which were very noisy. Having known this, we would have booked the other Hilton which was actually a bit less expensive.

They asked me to sign a paper acknowledging that construction was taking place on the property but the construction was happening in the room directly next to mine which was extremely annoying considering I had to work at the desk lining the wall where the banging was nonstop during my work hours. Plus Darcing charged my partner $700 for a deposit that we didn’t ask for I asked if we needed a deposit and instead of clarifying first she assumed we were volunteering a deposit for a room I was paying for in full. So charges had to be voided and it took 5 days for the funds to be returned instead of the 25-48 hours promised, while we’re in another country. The food was good and the staff in the restaurant was great the bar staff was also accommodating and friendly. The rooms next to construction need to also be out of commission until the works done and the hotel was empty enough where we could have been placed in another room further from that ruckus
