Staff were often standing around and not doing anything. At the pool, they could have walked around and picked up napkins that blew off tables etc. Also, I had to be assertive about what I wanted. They didn’t offer to help with anything. Also my room key did not work in the afternoon on both days I was there. I had to go all the way down to the front desk and they would fix it. Once would have been ok but twice. It was annoying.
