The stay was great. The front desk could have been more helpful in providing information. We had a rental car from the rental company next door and was told by the car company that we could leave the car at the hotel and give the keys to the front desk. The front desk wasn’t helpful with the logistics and if we should take the hotel shuttle or can rental shuttle and if reservation was required for either.

The room was exactly as described. This is a new property, very nice and super clean. My only disappointment was that everything is in Spanish which was hard for me but not their fault. In the U.S. we offer English and Spanish and it would be nice for us foreigners if they would do the same to make our stay easier to navigate.

Couldn’t get on to WiFi and there was no hot water for a shower. Mattresses and pillows were low quality and not very comfortable. The Garden Hilton looked like it was a much nicer quality so stay there if you can.

It is very convenient location right across from the airport. Free airport shuttle was very useful. Also they are very kind to provide us to go breakfast since we had to leave the hotel earlier than the breakfast time. The hotel was nice and clean.

Nous étions au 2e étage ch 211 et l'insonorisation est vraiment déficitaire pour le prix payé. Ça empêche de dormir, les murs sont fait de papier Pour le reste tout est parfais, déjeuner, confort du lit king, propriété et gentillesse des employés.
