We loved this hotel. The staff and the service were excellent. They made us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of options. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Francisco, Rebecca, and Joanne are wonderful hosts. They helped with dinner ideas and reservations, not to mention setting up a great E-Bike tour of Bergamo. The breakfast is very good with a nice patio to sit outside on in the morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again when I am in the area.
