Old stone farmhouse completely renovated on a 30 ares property located on the Breton peninsula of Lézardrieux.

Ideally located in relation to many tourist points of interest (Île-de-Bréhat, the Talbert furrow, the Trieux ria, the Georges Brassens beach, Paimpol, Tréguier, the Roche-Jagu castle, the Abbey of Beauport, the town of Perros-Guirec and the pink granite coast,…).

Enjoy the peace and quiet of a country house by the sea and take advantage of all the facilities nearby.

The Lézardrieux marina as well as the GR34 coastal hiking trail are located at the bottom of the street that leads to the property, as is the center of the village of Lézardrieux located 600 meters away where you will find all the services: bakery, butcher's shop , restaurants and a market of local fresh produce which settles there weekly.

The house is our family home that we have the pleasure of making available to you during your stay ensuring you all the comfort and equipment contributing to your well-being as well as careful decoration.

You will appreciate the 260m² fitted out for 9 people including a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a large table for your meals (10 people) unless you prefer to have lunch on the small island welcoming 5 seats in bar counter.

A warm living room with stone fireplace and pellet stove awaits you for your reading, a convivial moment or watching your TV programs.

A wonderful break in Brittany!

We had a lovely stay at this house. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful family stay. The pool was fantastic and the house itself is beautifully decorated. The check in and out was smooth - everyone was very patient with our very basic French! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Superb House with great pool

I loved the spacious house with well equiped kitchen (with 2 refrigerators, an oysterknife, oven, dishwasher... ) the soft towels, comfortable large beds, cozy living room... all very tastefully decorated. Kids loved the heated pool and private garden. There was really nothing more I could have wanted, we had a perfect stay!

Charming and comfortable house

A charming and comfortable property, clean, well-equipped and spacious. Lovely secluded swimming pool surrounded by farmland, kept at a nice warm temperature good for children. There is a huge amount to visit in the surrounding area, from the village of Lezardrieux itself, small but well-served, to the surrounding beaches and landmarks and neighbouring towns.

Das Haus ist wunderbar und sehr groß, die Beschreibung passt. Der Pool ist größer, als es auf den Fotos scheint. Die Umgebung hat sehr viel zu bieten. Tolle Städte, Burgen, leckeres Essen. Man kann Wandern, die Strände sind super. Ein kleines technisches Problem wurde taggleich gelöst. Die Betreuung vor Ort hat durch eine sehr freundliche Dame einwandfrei funktioniert! Das Haus würden wir immer wieder buchen.

Tour de vélo de Lézardrieux, en passant par Loguivy, l'Arcouest, Paimpol. Une journée sur l'île de Bréhat, une virée au Sillon de Talbert avec marche sur le Sillon... Très bon weekend sous le soleil dans une très belle région et dans une belle demeure !!

Das war alles perfekt! Lage & Ausstattung. Alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Fleischer, kleiner Supermarkt) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die wirklich schönen Städtchen und Sehenswürdigkeiten am Meer und in der Umgebung sind in ein paar Minuten Autofahrt leicht zu erreichen.

Perfect family house

Really nice and spaceous holiday house in a quiet neighbourhood. Alexandre gave us a really warm welcome. Everything was perfect. The heated swimming pool was the best, and we were really lucky with nice weather. Perfect location for trips to the (pink) coast en bike rides. Thanks for all. Très belle maison, décorée avec goût et excessivement bien équipée. Nous avons loué de nombreuses maisons pour 8 à 10 personnes et jamais la cuisine était aussi bien équipée. Donc pour les gens qui cuisines et aiment manger c’est TOP. Équipement de jardin pour tous (rare)… bien situé : calme, entre Paimpol et Perros. Merci beaucoup aux propriétaires et personne qui nous a réceptionné. On recommande tous, à l’unanimité.

Erwartungen übertroffen!

Unser Urlaub auf diesem traumhaften Anwesen hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Mein Mann und ich haben dort mit unseren zwei Kindern (3 und 7), mit Schwager und Schwägerin und Schwiegereltern zwölf Nächte verbracht. Die An- und Abreise mit der netten Hausdame Sylvaine hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und bietet wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt! Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, für jeden eine Liege im Garten, den großen Weber-Grill usw. Besonders überzeugt hat mich auch die Sauberkeit. Sie spielt für uns eine große Rolle, da unser Sohn eine Hausstauballergie hat. Der große Garten war ideal für die Kinder. Er war zwar nicht umzäunt, aber rund um das Grundstück ist so wenig los, dass man die beiden problemlos spielen lassen konnte. Tagsüber sowie nachts herrschte dort absolute Stille und man konnte sich gut entspannen! Auf dem wöchentlichen Markt, beim Bäcker, beim Metzger und im Supermarkt vor Ort konnte man sich einwandfrei versorgen. Außerdem ist der Ort ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge (Blumeninsel, rosa Granitküste, Morlaix, Tréguier, Saint-Brieuc, Landzunge Talbert). Vielen Dank an die Vermieter! Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder!

Ferienhaus der Extraklasse

Das großzügige und vollumfänglich ausgestattete Ferienhaus bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Es ist zudem äußerst geschmackvoll und mit Liebe von den sehr freundlichen Besitzern eingerichtet worden. Die große Terrasse und das riesige Gartengrundstück runden das ruhig gelegene Objekt ab. Wir haben uns in dem Anwesen sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Bretagne Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Lézardrieux ist für Ausflüge an die nahegelegene und spektakuläre Atlantikküste exzellent gelegen und stellt somit einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten aller Art dar. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen und würden uns freuen selbst einmal wieder Gäste dieser exzellenten Unterkunft zu sein.

Tout était parfait. Tout d'abord la communication avec les propriétaires très réactifs lors de nos premiers échanges par mail pour avoir des informations. Puis le descriptif détaillé de la maison, des endroits à visiter et enfin l'accueil chaleureux de la personne à notre arrivée. Nous avons également apprécié la flexibilité tant à notre arrivée qu'à notre départ …..Puis, cette BELLE MAISON de caractère, décorée avec goût, de l'équipement de qualité (les personnes qui aiment cuisiner seront ravies….), la propreté des lieux, le salon invitant à de belles soirées au coin du poêle, les grandes pièces à vivre qui permettent en venant en famille ou entre amis d'être à l'aise…..La qualité des lieux invite au respect …..Nous recommandons vivement le logement situé à 5 min de Paimpol et proche de l'île de BREHAT (à visiter forcément….)...Petits plus également, la boulangerie avec d'excellents pains et la boucherie de qualité. Bonnes vacances assurées…...

Très agréable séjour, déco très soignée, jardin bien arboré épuré et soigné. Le gîte est spacieux et confortable, équipement complet comme chez soi. Petit bémol pour9 personnes il manque une salle de bains. Merci pour la délicate attention lors de notre arrivée (bouteille de cidre).
