- Accès difficile en hiver en voiture sans chaînes (pente devant la maison très raide) - WC sale - Ampoules cassées - Frigo sale - Filtre hotte gras - sans accès Wifi - chauffage soit trop chaud, soit trop froid (régulateur mal programmé) - les murs des chambres à coucher sales, tapis sales

+ Balkon, Cheminée, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Garagenparkplatz - nicht zentral gelegen, kein Lift, Geschirr eher spärlich vorhanden, defekte Glühbirnen bei Ankunft, hätte sauberer sein können, Bettduvets eher unpraktisch, Matratzen eher durchgelegen

Leider doch keine Nichtraucherwohnung
Die Wohnung ist tadellos eingerichtet und gut gelegen. Leider hat es trotz Vermerk Nichtraucherwohnung, dann doch nach Rauch gerochen, so dass wir alle Kleider waschen mussten. Sonst war alles super inkl, dem Tiefgaragenplatz.
