In the district of Pré Ruffin, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 750 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south-east facing position. For shared use: property 1'100 m2. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house.
