Needs to up their game.

I’m giving this stay 2 stars for a few reasons. While we did not have a major issue, there were a large number of little things that were below expectations. There was no soap in the bathroom. We found trash from the previous stay in the corner of the room. We had to go ask for pool towels. The couch in our room was worn and uncomfortable. We didn’t y had one washcloth. I can understand encountering a single issue, but the culmination of several things made our stay aggravating.

I did not like the fact that this is a pet friendly hotel. The staff was wonderful. It is a little older building that needs more renovations to improve the building.
