Perfect for a 1 night stay
Lexington is the location of our grandkids swap with our kids. This was a perfect space for a quick overnight turnaround for us and the grandkids. We definitely appreciated the welcome ginger ale, water, bottles, chocolate, popcorn, and the stock of coffee and hot cocoa for the next morning.

We needed a place to stay one night in Lexington to attend a concert at Rupp Arena. This house was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, very clean house, on the small side, but had everything we needed and more! Loved the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Would definitely book here again.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay!
We stayed at this property while visiting Lexington for a recent college visit to UK. The neighborhood was quiet, the property was clean and well designed. You could tell that the home is quite old, but the owners have done a good job of updating it. It was cozy and clean and perfect to bring our dog with us. Would stay there again!

Needed a place for 1 night with short notice for me & 5 friends to shower, sleep, & wash clothes after a Ragnar Road Race that finished nearby. It’s an older home needing some TLC, but its functional & clean & in a convenient location.

The interior of the property was clean. We didn’t stay here much, just at night to sleep. WiFi was not accessible, but it was late at night and figured the property manager wouldn’t answer anyway. I had some logistical issues I wanted to clear up prior to check in but never received any responses to my four message. The only messages I received from the property manager were the automated messages in response to the booking. My elderly father had difficulty walking from the car to the house as the shrubbery is overgrown and blocking the sidewalk and the grass was very uneven. This may not be an issue for most, but for anyone who is unstable on their feet, be sure to have someone assist them to the door. The location was very convenient, close to everything. Definitely enjoyed our time seeing Lexington.
