When I got to the hotel to check in my room was already paid for in advance. Go to the front desk and the clerk says they will be a $600 deposit which is not mentioned on the website. So I told her to cancel my reservation and refund my money which she did. She did say she can knock the price down to $300 . They need to put this on the website. She did not even mention this to me when I called and paid for the room. I will never use this hotel again.

Midway

Booked this hotel for a midway stop and overall it’s good for that. The front desk rep was friendly and helpful. Rooms were next to each other with a connecting door, carpets need to be replaced as there were some stains, beds were alright but full size not queen as I could swear advertised. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of choices. Location was great too, gas station nearby and a Cracker Barrel next to it!

Spcious room. Chair looked like cat shredded leg, closet was big lots quality and doors did not close. Breakfast was lacking. The lady serving was not keeping stocked and not high volume. It appears this was a very high quality facility at one time but starting to slide

Staff was friendly, helpful, and available. My room was great. Plenty of amenities in the room. Quiet at night and easy to sleep in. Everything was very clean. Overall the room/facility was nice and most clean . The man at the front desk was not very attentive he didn't even realize that we were standing at the desk until I spoke to him . Shower in the room did not work and the tub did not drain.
