Parking - Awful experience as one of the valets popped my trunk and removed several expensive bottles of bourbon. All the hotel did so far is waive my valet fee, but they did say they would review available video camera footage.

The property is not to the Hyatt standards I’m used to. Way over due for a renovation. Tone or the guy over valet parking is always excellent. The food was under impressive nothing outstanding. I won’t be back for awhile. Maybe by then renovations will be done

I chose this hotel because it was close to Rupp Arena. A five minute walk. The room is comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and was quite pleased. Service was great. Quick, and delicious.
