Loved that they checked in with us by text because our sink wasn't draining right and they fixed it immediately. We didn't necessarily need it but room service never came.

Hot water was intermittent. Went cold, then scalding hot while showering. Breakfast was terrible, coffee ran out, little to no visibility of staff. They only had paper cups for some reason. Totally gouged on the room rate.

Nice historic hotel. Had a great feel about the property with beautiful grounds. I messed up my reservation and only booked two nights instead of three but Patrick was so good about getting me the extra night and allowing me to stay in same room. The water pipes are a bit loud when turning the shower on, and they don't sweep off open third floor walkway, they offered tea for an option at breakfast but they also need to include herbal tea. Overall it was a great stay.

Incredibly rude front desk staff. Our room looked nothing like the photos on hotels.com. Our room was supposed to have two separate bedrooms. When I brought this to the front desk staff’s attention, she said that there were no rooms like that on the premises and was very rude and condescending. We will never stay at this hotel again given this false representation of the premises and how rude the staff was to our family. The room was also dirty, sticky spots in the carpet, the water temperature was all over the place in the shower.
